Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vision.efghubtech.com or using any EFG Vision service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

EFG Vision provides the following professional media production and branding services:

Podcast production: recording, editing, mixing, and distribution

Brand strategy: visual identity, positioning, and messaging

Media & PR: press coverage, influencer campaigns, and media outreach

Video production: corporate videos, reels, and documentary content

Event media coverage: live streaming, photography, and broadcast

Studio rental: hourly and full-day bookings with full equipment access

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete briefing information before project start

Obtain all necessary rights and permissions for third-party content

Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines

Communicate change requests promptly and in writing

Pay invoices as per the agreed payment schedule

Ensure all representatives, crew members, and guests attending sessions on the Client's behalf are aware of and comply with these Terms and the Studio Usage Policy.

Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations during all sessions and interactions with EFG Vision.

Payment & Refunds

All payments in AED unless otherwise agreed in writing

Deposits are non-refundable once a project has commenced

Cancellations require a minimum of 7 days written notice

Late payments may incur 2% monthly interest per UAE Commercial Law

Disputed invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt

For ongoing retainer or multi-phase projects, invoices will be issued per phase as per the agreed project schedule.

We accept bank transfers, credit card payments, and other payment methods as communicated by our team.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled booking date: Full refund of amounts paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the booking: 50% of the total booking value is refundable.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking: No refund will be issued. The full booking amount is forfeited.

If EFG Vision must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative booking date will be offered at the client's discretion.

Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances once a project has commenced or raw content has been captured.

No-shows or unattended sessions without prior notice are treated as completed bookings — no refund is applicable.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date.

Rescheduling requests made within 3 to 6 days of the booking may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the booking value.

Rescheduling requests made less than 3 days before the booking are treated as cancellations — the Cancellation Policy applies.

Only one free reschedule is permitted per booking. Subsequent reschedules will incur a fee of 25% of the booking value.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If a suitable alternative date is not available, the cancellation policy will govern the booking.

All rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to our team.

Studio Usage Policy

Clients are permitted access to the studio during their booked time slot only. Early access or overtime usage must be pre-arranged and is subject to additional charges.

All studio equipment must be used responsibly and as instructed. Clients are liable for any damage caused to equipment, furniture, or studio facilities during their session.

The studio must be left in its original condition. Any excessive cleaning required due to the client's use may be charged at cost.

The maximum capacity of the studio must not be exceeded. EFG Vision reserves the right to deny entry to additional persons beyond the booked capacity.

Food and beverages are permitted in designated areas only. Spills, stains, or damage caused by food or drink will be charged to the client.

Smoking, illegal substances, and any activity that violates UAE law are strictly prohibited in and around the studio premises.

Clients may not remove any equipment from the studio at any time without prior written consent from EFG Vision management.

Content Policy (STRICT)

All content created by EFG Vision for the Client must comply with UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 and its amendments concerning cybercrime and online content.

Content that promotes, depicts, or encourages illegal activities, violence, hatred, discrimination of any kind, or any form of explicit or adult material is strictly prohibited.

EFG Vision reserves the right to refuse production of any content that we determine to be defamatory, misleading, offensive, or in violation of applicable UAE laws.

The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content, scripts, visuals, and messaging comply with advertising standards, platform guidelines, and UAE regulatory requirements.

EFG Vision accepts no liability for content created by the Client or third parties using our studio facilities. The Client indemnifies EFG Vision against any claims arising from their content.

Any content that may be considered politically sensitive or religiously controversial must be disclosed in advance and is subject to review by EFG Vision management.

Client Obligations

Deliverables & Timelines

Project timelines and delivery dates will be agreed upon and documented at the start of each project and confirmed in writing via email or project agreement.

EFG Vision will make reasonable efforts to deliver all final files in the agreed formats within the specified delivery window following the completion of a project.

Standard delivery timelines are as follows: podcast audio — 5 to 7 business days; video content — 10 to 14 business days; brand strategy deliverables — 14 to 21 business days. Expedited delivery is available upon request with applicable rush fees.

Timelines are estimates and may be extended in cases of delayed client feedback, late content submissions, or scope changes.

EFG Vision is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, app stores, or distribution channels.

Final files will be delivered via shared cloud link, email, or other agreed digital transfer method. Physical delivery of hard drives or printed materials is available upon request and may incur additional shipping charges.

Revisions Policy

Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the booking confirmation or project proposal. Standard packages include 2 rounds of revisions.

Revisions must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of receiving draft deliverables. Vague or undefined feedback may require a new round of revisions.

Revision requests that substantially alter the original brief, concept direction, or scope of work will be treated as out-of-scope changes and may incur additional charges.

Once a deliverable is approved in writing by the Client, it is considered final and no further revisions will be made under the original project scope.

Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed limit are available at a rate communicated by EFG Vision prior to commencing work.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment

EFG Vision retains the right to feature completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing

EFG Vision's proprietary methods, templates, processes, and systems remain the exclusive property of EFG-HUB Technologies at all times

Confidentiality

We treat all client briefs, brand strategies, and business information as strictly confidential. NDAs are available upon request for sensitive projects. Our team members are bound by internal confidentiality agreements.

Limitation of Liability

EFG Vision's liability is limited to the total value of the service contract

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party losses

Accuracy of content, scripts, and factual claims is the client's responsibility

We are not responsible for platform changes affecting content distribution

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, storms, or extreme weather events

War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or government sanctions

Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency declared by the WHO or UAE health authorities

Fire, explosion, or major infrastructure damage affecting the studio or premises

Power grid failures, internet outages, or major technology disruptions beyond the control of EFG Vision

Changes in laws, regulations, or government orders that prevent or restrict service delivery

In such events, the affected party must notify the other party in writing within 48 hours. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule bookings or find alternative arrangements.

Data Protection & Privacy

EFG Vision collects and processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and other applicable UAE data protection regulations.

Personal information collected includes, but is not limited to: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information, and project-related content provided by the Client.

We use client data solely for the purpose of delivering our services, processing bookings, issuing invoices, and communicating project-related updates.

EFG Vision does not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All client data and project files are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Retention periods follow our internal data retention policy.

Clients have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at vision@efghubtech.com.

Changes to Terms

EFG Vision reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The following process applies:

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
