Clients retain ownership of their original ideas, scripts, and personal content provided prior to production.
However, all recorded, edited, or produced materials created within EFG Vision studios are subject to agreed usage rights.
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, EFG Vision reserves the right to use, display, and promote produced content for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

Clients may use their final delivered content for personal, commercial, or business purposes, subject to agreed terms.
Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification of EFG Vision–owned production formats, templates, or proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.
Any third-party usage must comply with applicable licensing agreements.

By participating in any recording session at EFG Vision, you grant EFG Vision the right to record, edit, and store audio/video content for promotional and marketing purposes, unless restricted in writing prior to recording.
