Booking Policy

Guidelines for confirmed bookings, payments, scheduling, and responsibilities at EFG Vision.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

The client has approved the quotation or booking request in writing

The required advance payment has been successfully received

EFG Vision reserves the right to decline or reschedule any request prior to confirmation.

Payment Requirement

Major projects require full advance payment to secure booking

Smaller productions may qualify for 50% advance payment

Studio sessions, short shoots, and walk-ins can pay on-site at reception

Final deliverables will only be released after full payment clearance

Any additional services (extra hours, crew, editing, travel, etc.) will be billed separately

Scheduling & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability and operational feasibility

Time slots are allocated on a first-confirmed, first-served basis

EFG Vision reserves the right to adjust schedules if necessary

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability

Requests must be made at least 48–72 hours in advance

Additional changes may incur extra charges

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions will begin and end as per the scheduled time

Late arrival will not extend the session duration

Additional time will be charged at standard hourly rates

Booking Scope & Responsibilities

Depending on the service (studio, production, events, or outdoor shoots):

Clients must ensure timely presence and coordination

For external venues, clients are responsible for permissions and access

Delays caused by the client or third parties may affect delivery timelines

Special / International Bookings

For cross-border or large-scale projects:

Logistics (travel, accommodation, permits) must be pre-approved

Payment milestones must be completed before execution

Bookings remain subject to feasibility and final confirmation

Booking Rights & Discretion

EFG Vision reserves the right to:

Accept or reject any booking request

Modify schedules if required

Maintain operational and professional standards at all times

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information during booking

Arriving on time and being prepared for their session

Ensuring all content provided is legal and properly licensed

Covering any costs arising from unauthorized content or materials

Conduct & Content Policy

EFG Vision maintains a professional environment:

Any illegal, offensive, or prohibited content is strictly forbidden

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund

EFG Vision reserves the right to refuse any project at its discretion

Limitation of Liability

EFG Vision shall not be liable for:

Missed appointments caused by client no-shows or delays

Indirect losses resulting from client actions or omissions

Delays caused by third-party vendors or external factors

Governing Law

This Booking Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

All disputes arising from bookings shall fall under UAE jurisdiction

Legal proceedings must be initiated in the Emirate of Dubai

By proceeding with any booking or payment through EFG Vision:

The client confirms full acceptance of this Booking Policy

All terms apply to all services booked through EFG Vision platforms globally

EFG Vision reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
